Action Plan
The first step we took was to realign the company from the inside out. Unisource team members worked long and hard to build a world-class and operationally excellent supply-chain organization, which today by any measure is by far the best in the business. It took us a few years to get there, and now we are very proud to set the standard for our industry.
Our next step was to take our in-depth supply-chain knowledge and draw from our more than 40 years of market experience to implement a comprehensive customer solutions business model. Today, Unisource team members are building a proactive platform to develop tailored programs for our customers that improve upon everything from process flow to inventory management to materials purchasing.
Results
Now we are delivering improved bottom-line results not only for Unisource as a whole, but also for our customers by taking costs out of the system and returning it to their bottom lines.
